At IDEX 2019 in Abu Dhabi, 17-21 February, MARSS Group will showcase its NiDAR and RADiRguard advanced perimeter security solutions.

NiDAR is an advanced, long-range surveillance system, designed to monitor and protect maritime and land-based assets from air, land and underwater approaches. It is systems agnostic, enabling it to integrate with any existing hardware or systems and, due to its modular design, offers the flexibility to meet any future expansions or requirements.

NiDAR can track, monitor, detect, classify and respond to multiple known and unknown air, land and underwater objects in real time. Using advanced algorithms, the system can intelligently analyse and rank unknown objects to determine potential threat levels and automatically trigger the appropriate alert. When the user-determined warning and alarm zones are breached, the system can automatically or manually deploy integrated countermeasures to deter potential approaches and de-escalate threats. In addition, Blueforce assets can be networked into the central NiDAR system to provide an additional layer of surveillance and security around a vessel or infrastructure asset.

RADiRguard is an all-in-one intelligent perimeter security system, which reliably detects and classifies objects before they reach a perimeter. It combines traditional stand-alone and next-generation sensors in one intelligent system.

Each self-contained RADiRguard unit combines built-in radar, CCTV, IR & radio frequency monitoring, plus intelligent threat analysis and classification, to detect and classify objects before they reach a fence line.

MARSS has already successfully completed a series of projects in the harsh environmental conditions of the Middle East. These have included both NiDAR and RADiRguard in the protection of high-value critical infrastructure sites.
