Part of a suite of new backpacks from Elite Survival Systems shown at booth #9-404, the GUARDIAN is the principal item in a line of products designed to provide superior utility and functional concealment, yet blend seamlessly into everyday life, according to the company. While the GUARDIAN backpack has a stylish exterior appearance that stands up to most designer packs, the heavy-duty construction and discreet CCW compartment lets one know immediately that this is a tactical pack at heart.

This multi-use backpack combines the versatility of a modular tactical pack with the internal features of a daily carry pack, complete with a dedicated concealed carry compartment. And although this pack will do all of the things that most standard tactical backpacks will do, the price point is much lower than packs of similar quality in its class, according to Elite Survival Systems. The need for CCW products with fewer "industry indicators" is on the rise, and Elite Survival Systems has found a sweet spot that combines form and function, and it really works.

The GUARDIAN'S rugged construction utilises 1,000 denier nylon with YKK zippers and heavy-duty hardware. The bag has a spacious main compartment and roomy forward compartment with an organiaational admin panel. The rearmost compartment was built as a dedicated laptop compartment and has a soft nylon lining. This compartment makes it possible to access the laptop without disturbing the contents of the main compartment. Alternatively, this compartment can hold a hydration reservoir, complete with tube routing. On the back, the bag has a vented back panel with a comfortable yoke system carry and an adjustable sternum strap. The bag's CCW compartment is fully ambidextrous and can be accessed from either side of the bag. (Photo: Elite Survival Systems)
