Raytheon ELCAN Optical Technologies SPECTER DR 1-4x dual-role weapon sight is being touted at Enforce Tac as being ITAR free, having been made in Canada. The SPECTER’s dual field-of-view (1x and 4x) provides both long-range targeting and short-range rapid aiming in a single package. The sight has an easy-to-use lever that allows a shooter to switch instantly from 1x to 4x magnification without having to fine-tune or adjust focus for either setting. It is truly a rugged, dual-field-of-view combat sight that provides both the 4x magnification necessary for long-range targeting and the 1x magnification needed for short-range, rapid aiming.

Designed with combat operation the prime consideration, the sight includes a sealed, hardened optical housing that delivers rugged, reliable performance in unpredictable mission conditions.

The SPECTER’s crystal-clear optics, durability, reliable performance and generous 70mm eye relief and wide viewing angle are said to make it popular within the special operations community.

The company also unveiled updates to its ELCAN Specter 1.5-6x dual role weapon sight, which is displayed as well.
