The MP9 is a selective-fire 9×19mm Parabellum calibre machine pistol designed and manufactured by Brügger & Thomet (B&T). It uses 15, 20, 25, and 30 round polymer detachable box magazines and has three safeties; ambidextrous safety/fire mode selector switch button (manual safety), trigger safety and drop safety.
The MP9-N, shown at the KSK Symposium 2018, is smaller, lighter and more flexible than its predecessor. It was refined and optimised in cooperation with special units from police and military. The MP9-N is currently in service with close protection teams as well as with SWAT teams worldwide. It is also a perfect choice as a Personal Defense Weapon (PDW).
